Boston Research Group specializes in providing research services to firms involved in high technology,
consumer technology, financial services, insurance and health care. This focused approach allows us to develop and
maintain a high level of market knowledge and related experience in these industries. This approach benefits our
clients since we are able to tailor our research methods to suit each industry's unique research needs.
Our assignments are all custom designed, client proprietary, research projects. Our charter does not allow us
to engage in general consulting activities since our industry knowledge is developed on the basis of proprietary
efforts.
Our approach is to present a single point of contact to each client on every project. This individual is at a
partner level within our company and is responsible for all aspects of the project. A project director who remains
familiar with all aspects of the project, and who coordinates and manages the efforts of individual contributors
and external organizations assists the project head.

Swift Interactive Technologies develops technology-based solutions that enable and enhance Web-based
interactive research. Swift develops and provides these solutions to the greater research community for their use
in support of a broad range of research goals and programs.
These Web-based solutions allow researchers to conduct programs that are faster, more flexible, and less
expensive than traditional methods of data collection. In many cases, these technological solutions provide unique
opportunities to conduct research that were not possible using traditional methods such as mail or telephone surveys.
SwiftSurveyTM is an integrated set of applications specifically designed for Web survey delivery
to respondents with a Web browser. This integrated set of applications includes a survey design application
(SwiftDesignerTM), a Web delivery and database application (SwiftServerTM), and a
data reporting and data extraction application (SwiftDisplayTM). These applications are used by
Swift Interactive Technologies to provide a fully-integrated, interactive environment for survey data collection
over the Internet.
SwiftSurveyTM is available to respondents via the World Wide Web, and it automatically manages
all research and database functions including data collection, quota management, database building, and data
integrity. SwiftSurvey also manages all skip patterns automatically, checks responses for validity, prompts
respondents to re-enter illegal or omitted responses, and posts all results to the database. SwiftSurvey can also
present animated graphics or sound stimuli in the context of a survey.
